Jinhua Dongyu Toys Co., Ltd. provides custom squishy toys, stress-relief toys, and related wholesale products for global buyers. Shipping and return terms may vary depending on order details and confirmed trade terms.

Sample Orders

Sample availability, sample fees, and sample lead time depend on the product design, mold requirements, material, color, and packaging. Please contact us for confirmation before placing a sample order.

Bulk Production

Bulk production time depends on order quantity, customization level, packaging requirements, and production schedule. Estimated lead time will be confirmed before order production.

Shipping Methods

We can support different shipping methods, including express delivery, air freight, sea freight, or shipment arranged by the buyer’s forwarder. Final shipping method and cost will be confirmed according to the destination, quantity, carton size, and delivery requirements.

Customs and Import Duties

Buyers are responsible for customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and local regulations in the destination country unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Returns and Claims

Because most of our products are custom-made for wholesale orders, returns are generally not accepted unless there is a confirmed quality issue caused by production.

If there is a quality concern, please contact us within a reasonable time after receiving the goods and provide clear photos, videos, order details, and carton information. We will review the issue and discuss a suitable solution, such as replacement, repair, credit, or other agreed handling methods.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or claims may not be accepted for:

Custom products produced according to confirmed samples or specifications
Damage caused by improper storage, handling, heating, cutting, or misuse
Normal color differences between batches
Minor size or weight differences within reasonable production tolerance
Packaging damage caused during third-party transportation
